Program Summary
The Introduction to Telecommunications Certificate is designed to provide you with entry-level knowledge of the telecommunications industry. You may apply for this certificate after completing the required courses regardless of whether or not you choose to continue on and earn your Associate of Science in Applied Information Technology, Telecommunications Degree. At the successful completion of this 20 credit hour course of study, students will receive the Introduction to Telecommunications Certificate from Pace University. This introductory certificate can be used as either a stand-alone credential or can be folded into additional studies at Pace University.
What You Will Learn
The courses provide students with the foundational concepts needed for a basic level of understanding of the telecommunications industry. This certificate introduces students to basic telecommunications concepts, including math, computing, communication, electronics, and basic telephony.
