Pace University’s School of Computer Science and Information Systems offers an Associate of Science in Applied Technology with a Cyber Security concentration prepares students to:
- analyze and solve complex technical problems as well as document and communicate technical information
- understand enhanced computer hardware and software knowledge and networks
- develop information technology security solutions
The Cyber Security Concentration will include a foundation of security topics such as types of attacks, hacker techniques, legal and privacy issues, security policy, information security best practices. Students will develop a strong base in fundamental industry concepts and practices as well as critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
